He is very professional, honest, and excellent on problem solving. Everytime I had an issue or problem with unforseeable tasks, Kent always found an answer. He welcomes all his clients and Contractors into his office to answer their questions. Some engineers I've dealed with won't give you answers for up to 2-3 days, hence delaying my projects. I've never had this problem with Kent. When there are times Kent isn't available, Brian ( his associate) is also an excellent engineer and problem solver. Kent Sezen and his associates have been very helpful and flexible when working on projects for our clients.

They are willing to do small projects as well as larger ones. They are keenly aware of their own project deadlines and stick to the schedule they quote to us. Yet they're always able find a way to squeeze something in when the chips are down.

They are flexible in working arrangements - sometimes we do the foundation, framing layouts and other structural drawings and they do markup and calculations. This usually shortens the time to completion and makes it possible for them to shorten their response times.

On other, particularly larger and commercial projects, they do all the structural drawings and details, They work well in parallel with us coordinating the structural and architectural to achieve bullet and plan check proof projects.

They back up their work with on-site visits and other necessary follow up, always giving under construction projects a high priority.
